THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THIS SALE AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS (UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE FORMAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH ‘Dotcom publications’. IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN).
Once order has been executed, it cannot be cancelled.
It would be the duty of the buyer, to make all necessary arrangements for receiving the VPP when books are delivered.
If the VPP is not accepted or returned by authorities, then the buyer is personally liable to make good damages including cost of material if necessary to ‘Dotcom Publication’.If the buyer does not comply, legal action may be taken.This transaction is subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
Due care is taken to pack materials. Inspite of this, if material is damaged in transit, ‘Dotcom Publications’ will not be held responsible for the same. The materials shall not be replaced.
In case of missing pages in the book, the publisher agrees to replace the book subject to postal expenses to be born by the buyer.
